Lois, thanks for the comments, vote and fav ! I appreciate them. As I stated above, Oklahoma is a windy state and we are getting more and more of the turbines especially in the western part of the state. People are starting to fight against them because of the numbers they are putting up. Still, as an energy source, they are cleaner. Take care....

Outstanding image ... wonderful golden light ... and seeing the two versions of windmills together is simply awesome!!! I had a deep love of the character and style of the old ones ... not so much the new ones as they are taking over my view up in Pennsylvania, lol!!! Love this!!! f/v

Thanks so much Bob ! The original wind mill is getting pretty scarce but the new ones are very prolific in windy Oklahoma. Many people complain about them but they are clean and relatively quiet in operation. I also think they make great subject matter for camera buffs....
