Description
Oxeye daisy, a member of the aster family, is another wildflower found in Glacier National Park which was once used by Native Americans for various maladies. It could be dried and saved for later use. Some of the uses were tonics used for the relief of whooping cough, asthma and nerve disorders. External uses included treatment of ulcers, cuts and bruises, etc.
